To recognizes RBC employees as community champions and gives them a space to feel celebrated, appreciated and connected, we created a distinctive lounge experience that that generates pride and brings RBC’s stronger communities' platform to life in a warm, human and unexpected way.

The RBC lounge came to life as a relaxed lakeside cottage anchored by an faux fire-pit and canoe bench, serving as a social focal point and group photo-op.

Building on the legacy of RBC's past events, this cottage-inspired space is supported with themed snacks and rustic textures, celebrating employees by encouraging them to kick back, recharge, and share classic summer moments together.
